ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Rhode Island and have lived my adult life in New York.  Currently, I live in Connecticut, and am eager to see where I will live the next chapter of my life.

I have worked in all aspects of the restaurant industry (service, management, and back of house) and am passionate about food and hospitality.  Throughout my life, I have also worked as a contractor in many industries:

• Greenhouse Cultivation

I have many areas of expertise when it comes to writing ranging from Food/Drink to Poker Strategy and Holistic Health.   I am an excellent researcher, and have found that I become passionate about any subject i dive into.  

I am eager to expand my areas of experience and am willing to negotiate a lower rate in order to research and tackle new topics.  Learning is my drug, and I simply cannot get enough.
